All submissions are subject to editing; length is limited to 700 words. It is the policy of this newspaper not to print anonymous letters.

Writers may submit a letter every 30 days. Priority will be given to letters that deal with local issues by local writers.

The deadline to submit items for publication is noon on the Friday preceding publication. The Beach Beacon and Seminole Beacon are published on Wednesday; Largo Leader and Belleair Bee on Thursday; Clearwater Beacon and Pinellas Park Beacon on Friday; and Dunedin Beacon monthly on Friday.
