CLEARWATER - In response to complaints last summer that residents of the 700 and 800 blocks of Eldorado Avenue in the residential North Beach section of Clearwater Beach were illegally parking across the sidewalk, city officials surveyed Eldorado residents about various parking issues and sought their ideas for solving the problems.
