Helios Jazz Orchestra plays July 12

ST. PETERSBURG - The Helios Jazz Orchestra performs Sunday, July 12, 3 p.m., at the Palladium Theater, 253 Fifth Ave. N. in St. Petersburg.
The 20-piece professional big band is directed by David Manson and features swing, Latin and jazz standards including “I Remember You,” “Gravy Waltz,” “Just One of Those Things," “Groove,” “They Can’t Take That Away From Me” and more.
Rita Wilson is the featured vocalist with the band.
The Helios Jazz Orchestra recently headlined the WMNF Jazz Jam with singer Kevin Mahogany and was featured earlier this year on the SPC Jazz Festival.
